Jacquelyn Lorin is the author of The Sons Of Tyras Series and the Judas Rose Trilogy. She has had a lifetime passion for reading a wide variety of genres and this reflects in her work. The Sons of Tyras series is historical fantasy romance, while the Judas Rose Trilogy is historical romance that is set during the tumultuous American Civil War. Currently she is working on her new Regency romance series, Scarred Hearts and Fairy Tales, and has just recently released the first book in the new series.

While growing up, Jacquelyn and her family moved often throughout the Southern Gulf Coast region, until she married a native Louisianan and finally settled in Southern Louisiana. Presently she lives in New Orleans with her husband, her mini schnauzer, Sherlock, and her cat, Moriarty.

When not writing, Jacquelyn can be found enjoying epic music while painting or working on her digital art and graphic design.
